“Transformation is not so much about changing organizational structures as it is about building meaningful relationships

— Takahiko Nomura, founder of Future Sessions

Collaboration is the key to building innovative and engaging organizations. It is crucial to creating work places where people like to come to work. Future Sessions and ecloo want to take this insight to the next level by asking the following question: What if corporations, NGOs and governments could help each other become more innovative to solve business, economic, social and environmental problems together? We are convinced that the capacity to work together inside organizations should be increasingly applied to organizations’ ability to work with the outside world: customers, organizations from other sectors and even competitors. We believe that this approach has the potential to transform the way people and organizations work and live together. On October 7th, we will invite a first group of people to join us on this innovative journey!
