Innovation through Difference: Cross Sector Collaboration Event
Collaboration is the key to building innovative and engaging organizations. It is crucial to creating work places where people like to come to work. Future Sessions and ecloo want to take this insight to the next level by asking the following question: What if corporations, NGOs and governments could help each other become more innovative to solve business, economic, social and environmental problems together? We are convinced that the capacity to work together inside organizations should be increasingly applied to organizations’ ability to work with the outside world: customers, organizations from other sectors and even competitors. We believe that this approach has the potential to transform the way people and organizations work and live together. On October 7th, we will invite a first group of people to join us on this innovative journey!
Finding Inspiration where You May Least Expect It
ecloo recently worked with three companies in Bogotá, Colombia, to analyze and help improve the culture of collaboration or the way people work together. One of them, a company collecting debts from individuals, proved to be an inspiring model and example of a collaborative organization: staff like to come to work and support each other as well as their clients with empathy.
